Stayed here for 4 nights and loved our choice. Having breakfast with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs was a nice bonus. Our location was good to the restaurants in town instead of across from the location.
Nothing, all excellent.

Absolutely stunning venue, gorgeous location near to a renovated Monastery and the key wineries and the wine cathedral and Canelli-at the top of ‘ lovers lane' which starts in the historical part of the city where the key wineries, greatly enjoyed our stay. Helpful staff, everything was perfect. The room was reasonably spacious with magnificent views over the village. We had an electric kettle and a fridge in the room. Had a perfect 10/10 stay here: )

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. the rooms were beautifully designed and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. the hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to the town center and conveniently situated for exploring the surrounding area.
It would have been nice to have access to the sauna and pool, especially since I specifically chose this hotel for those amenities. When I requested to be moved to a room with a bath, as shown in the pictures, the owner was uncooperative and spoke to me in a rude manner.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the limited space for gathering with a group. The furniture arrangement in the lobby made it challenging to comfortably converse.
